Brief : Dear Sir,
We are happy to inform you that, we have a unique farming plan, which can be a role model in farming industry. It will help many needy people, especially unemployed people. It will help to grow the economy with consideration of cultivation / farming. The plan is for a Horticulture Husbandry Farm Project or we can say integrated farming. Our project will be eco-friendly and 100% waste free. We will maintain 90% of organic composition to be used for cultivation.
We will use all waste (Cow dung & urine, Goat dung & urine, Hen & Duck Litter, dry leaf, spent mushroom compost etc.) and also we will collect kitchen wastage from nearby hotels & restaurants to turn it into compost.
Covid-19 teaches us, how agriculture field is a necessity during any pandemic and it is the industry where we can grow in an unlimited manner.
Different kind of cultivation will be executing under this project with modern technology in a single boundary, likewise
Exotics Fruits - Three types of Dragon fruit, Miyazaki Mango, Almond, Persimmon, Rambutan, Passionfruit, Mangosteen, Azwa Khajoor.
Exotics Vegetable - Red & Yellow Capsicum, Broccoli, Purple cabbage, Chinese cabbage, elephant garlic.
Spices - Black turmeric, Nutmeg, Black peeper, Cardamom.
Hen & Duck - Australorp, Kadaknath, Sonali hen, Turkey, Vanaraja Hen,Fowl hen, Quail & Khaki campbell.
Goat – Black Bengal& Sirohi.
Fish – Koi, Pabda, Talapia.
Mushroom – Button Mushroom, Oyster mushroom, Cordyceps Mushroom (future plan is to grow all type of edible Mushroom)
Traditional vegetable – Grafting Brinjal, Drumstick, Cherry tomato.
Traditional Fruit – Apple, Malta, Kinnow.
After 2 years, we will focus on barren land to start cultivation of Nopal Cactus for natural leather. Also our plan is to build a Cactus garden in 2acre land and a research unit to study the Cactus culture, which is not totally explore till now.
We are aiming to build a Nursery house, where we will try to grow all type of plant and Seed house, where we will try to store all type of seed and build an online platform to serve the same to all over the world.
As we know, in all over India White Egg (i.e. layered poultry egg) using rapidly, but if we see the other country, we will found that Brown Egg (other than poultry egg) are used, for its high nutrition value. Our aim is to produce Brown Egg to fulfill the egg requirement with minimum price.
Initial project plan is for 45 Acre area in Purulia, West Bengal. It will be a permanent employment of 50 people. Our plan is to spread it in 100 Acre land and introduce more scope in different field in near future.
For this I am seeking funding of about 5.50Cr or 7.00L USD.
Salient features of our organization:
1. To reduce the unemployment issues, we will teach the people about technical aspects of agricultural field. After 1 year of successful running, we will support the needy individual farmers to grow the above plant (at least 2 plant) on their own field. We will help them in all respect to stand on their own feet and earn a handsome money from farming.
2. We will work on women empowerment, our 55% worker and supervisors will be women.
3. We will start a scholarship for needy student, to give financial support to 100 students each year, so that money cannot be a burden for education.
4. We will work on renovation of at least 2 school each year.
5. We will work on renovation of Hospital each year.
6. We will work on “Beggar free India”.
7. We will work on Animal adoption center in each block of all district.
8. We will build Children and old age park as per requirement.
9. We build a Blood donor chain, who can help Anytime, Anywhere in Any Emergency (AAAE chain) condition.
10. We will start a process, where everyone from our industry will donate minimum 1% of their monthly income for Disaster relief fund.
11. We will help at least 5 needy handicapped persons each year for necessary equipment for their better life.
12. We will start “Own house Own electricity” scheme to improve the eco-friendly atmosphere.
13. We will work on 0% illiterate policy. All age group are eligible to educate.
14. One every three months, we will clean at least one public place under our “Clean India Mission”
15. Mandatory 9 month paid leave to every pregnant woman employed in our industry.
16. We will spend 5 % of our yearly profit for social work each year for above aspect.
